That certainly brings together many musical influences. Omaha also contains a similar bringing-together of religious denominations. Perhaps, this variety is part of the true nature of being a gateway city. If Omaha is metaphorically the last stop where people and cultures come together before stepping toward the wide-open west where anything or nothing goes, it will be necessary for Omaha to create a good springboard for humanity.
