Friendly Staff! Third Times a charm!!!

I will start with the bad. I had to move three times due to varrious problems with the rooms. The first room, the door lock was not working and would take more the half an hour to repair, so they moved me, the second room had no T.V. in it so obviously that wouldn't work, but the third room they moved me to was perfect! Smelled good, really comfy beds, and fast room service, under 30 minutes. The staff at this hotel were very accommodating They were helpful, fast to respond to my needs, and very good at giving directions. Nicole, the front desk agent that helped me was very kind and even comped me a free drink coupon for my troubles. Also their van driver Joe was a very charming gentlemen and took me almost anywhere I wanted to go. I will most definitely be going back to this hotel again! Thank you staff at the Crowne for making my vacation more enjoyable.

Pros: Beset staff I've ever met in any hotel

Cons: Had to move three rooms.
