Patrick in service is great, but a bit overworked. these guys don't know how to use the internet yet, and their business is suffering. thinking about moving my service to nebraska watersports in papillion even though it is further away, the owner Jon is very accommodating

These guys can’t decide what to sell, RV’s, Horse trailers or Boats? That should be the first clue. I mistakenly took my boat to them for service it was not ready when promised and the work was not done as I asked. These guys may put on a show but look out! My service experience was still not as big of joke as the sales experience. The salesman was misleading and boat was not prepped properly. It still had stress cracks in fiberglass. Take some advice and buy from a dealer with more history in boating than an investment company trying to sell and service your boat.

After bringing my boat into Lincoln Marine two months ago, and calling 3 times during that timeframe to see if it was ready to be picked up, the labor was never started. They would get to it shortly, well we picked up the boat yesterday, with no explanation and no service provided by the business. POOR service.......would not recommend to anyone.
