Associated Artists of Omaha
Established in 1946, Associated Artists of Omaha is a non-profit organization whose purpose is the promotion and education of individuals, groups, and the general public in the visual arts through art exhibitions, workshops, lectures, critiques, demonstrations and information.
The purpose of AAO is to promote art in our community, to exhibit with other artists, to learn and to socialize.
At present time, the 61 year-old organization continues to hold workshops and lectures, has many art shows each year, newsletters, and several all-member gatherings during the year. All members are invited to come to the board meetings that are held the third Friday of every month at The Reading Grounds (3928 Farnam).
